  • One and a half hour of Athletic training in and off season.  

  • Speed, agility, reaction, quickness, strength, and conditioning.

BASKETBALL 

TRAINING

The program will include: 
 

  • Basketball skills and ball handling drills, Plyometric training, speed and agility, and strength and conditioning (if applicable).

BOOT CAMP TRAINING

The program will include: 
 

  • High Intensity Training class.

  • Variety of cardio, strength and endurance exercises.

30 DAYS CHALLENGE
